I had a great stay at this hotel. The hotel facilities were fantastic, including their lush greenery and clean and comfortable rooms. The hotel staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. Additionally, the hotel's location away from busy streets provided a serene and relaxing atmosphere, but it was still conveniently located near the city center. The breakfast served was also delicious and provided good value for money.

We had an amazing time at this hotel! the location was perfect, away from the busy Tagaytay streets but still near the city center. Our room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed and a stunning view of the lush greenery outside. the staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional, even providing excellent room service and a delicious breakfast every morning.
The hotel lacked wireless internet in the rooms, but we were able to use it in the dining area which had fast internet.

the breakfast had a good selection of food and was filling enough to start our day. the hotel's location was very convenient as it was a short distance to many tourist attractions.
The Wi-Fi was a bit spotty and we had some difficulties connecting to it. Our room was not ready when we arrived, and we had to wait for a few minutes.

Beautiful green surroundings, fresh air, and calm atmosphere were the best aspects of our stay at this hotel. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. They always greeted us with a smile, and even offered to help us with our bags. , the hotel has a nice swimming pool where we spent most of our time.
The hotel did not meet our expectations. The rooms were old and outdated.
